Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Time and Absence Configuration Expert/Consultant to join a leading global company currently undergoing a major IT transformation. You will play a key role in enhancing and optimising their Workday Time and Absence modules, ensuring smooth operational efficiency across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Configuration: Lead configuration and customisation of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules, aligning with business requirements.
- System Enhancements: Identify and implement system improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Support IT Transformation: Align Workday configurations with the company’s global IT transformation initiatives.
- Business Optimisation: Review and optimise time tracking and absence processes to maximise Workday capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday solutions.
- Testing & Implementation: Lead functional testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues within the Time and Absence modules.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Workday Expertise: 3-5 years of experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
- Workday Certification: Certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence Management is highly desirable.
- Global IT Projects: Experience in global IT transformations or Workday implementations is an advantage.
- HRIS Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR systems, especially within Workday.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to translate business needs into effective configurations.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills for engaging global stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in system configuration and data management.
