• Role and Reporting Lines

  As a key member of the Global Innovation Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the central point for academic partnerships, fostering relationships, and facilitating ongoing dialogues and projects.
• Crafting a strategic approach for engaging with academic entities and ensuring alignment with the company's innovation targets.
• Identifying and prioritising academic institutions for potential collaborations.
• Overseeing the successful execution and integration of collaborative projects into the company’s innovation pipeline.
• Negotiating and finalising partnership agreements, working closely with internal legal and procurement teams.
• Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of academic partnerships and adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
