They are seeking an experienced Account Director. The ideal candidate will bring a background of delivering exceptional client services in an agency setting, honing their project and account management skills in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they will possess a strong understanding of both content and digital marketing, as well as the production processes and challenges involved in creating impactful work for clients. This is a full-time, permanent role working with our client's prestigious clientele.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years in an Account Director position, with the ability to show achieved results.
  • Excellent knowledge of content and digital marketing related topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships as a key partner in both B2B and B2C environments, resulting in an increase in the agency's accounts and revenue growth.
  • Background in client services, project management and organisation skills in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure, communicate clearly and develop strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills, communications skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to nurture and develop client relationships at the highest levels
  • Focus on uncovering client challenges and delivering exceptional consultancy and solutions driving ROI for my accounts.
