As an eSMB Customer Account Executive at Zendesk you will get the opportunity to earn your stripes by driving additional revenue, within active customer accounts, against a SaaS quota. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who has a consultative sales approach, provides an outstanding customer experience, has excellent commercial acuity and offers polished presentation skills. You'll be single-handedly handling both inbound and outbound numbers of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis

  • Become a guide on Zendesk’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers

  • Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers

  • Continue to build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

  • Support marketing activities including localisation, customer information, events and campaigns.

  • Develop and manage relationships with accounts in your book of business

  • Be the voice of the customer; understand their needs and make them champions

  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

  • Proficiency in English and Polish or Russian

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Preferred experience in software/SaaS sales

  • You enjoy closely partnering with others in the team

  • An innovative attitude, you take initiative and track progress to share with your manager

  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task a high volume of opportunities at all times

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; you move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution.
