As an eSMB Customer Account Executive at Zendesk you will get the opportunity to earn your stripes by driving additional revenue, within active customer accounts, against a SaaS quota. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who has a consultative sales approach, provides an outstanding customer experience, has excellent commercial acuity and offers polished presentation skills. You'll be single-handedly handling both inbound and outbound numbers of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.
Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis
Become a guide on Zendesk’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers
Continue to build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Support marketing activities including localisation, customer information, events and campaigns.
Develop and manage relationships with accounts in your book of business
Be the voice of the customer; understand their needs and make them champions
Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
Proficiency in English and Polish or Russian
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferred experience in software/SaaS sales
You enjoy closely partnering with others in the team
An innovative attitude, you take initiative and track progress to share with your manager
Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task a high volume of opportunities at all times
