Account Manager

 

Description:

 Responsible for delivery of maximising client savings via Entegra supply chain.

·        Acts as a trusted advisor for the client key sponsors and actively seeks ways to build business to business relationships

·        Responsible for introducing change to our clients, helping them to understand our embracing of technology and the benefits that it will bring to their business albeit with a potential change to visit structure.

·        Drives Entegra revenues through selling additional services to clients. Food, I&B spends.

·        Manages resource levels to maximising productivity for each client

·        Embraces and encourages the use of all technology – internal and client-based - to help maximise efficiency, reduce travel and increase client savings.

·        Manages and co-ordinates renewals including the commercial terms, drafting, reviewing and issuing of contracts and the range of products and services included in the offer to ensure Entegra profits are protected

·        Support for the budget setting / NCI and delivery of the client against that budget

·        Responsible for co-ordinating or managing any billing and / or debt issues relating to the client

·        Responsible for co-ordinating, managing and reporting on the Entegra supplier compliance for each client

·        Responsible for reporting and the co-ordination of reporting on client’s results and flagging any poor performance to Country Head
