As a hands-on and successful Account Manager you are aware of the developments in the solar market and the needs of our partners (installers and distributors). You can build a good relationship with our customers and want to invest in long term partnerships. You are keen to open the Irish market even more by facilitating customers in their needs. You are constantly building on expanding your network and actively focus on mapping the market and actively promote Esdec products and services to our customers to achieve the goals that we have set for ourselves in Ireland.
 

Tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • You are responsible for proactively visiting and contacting customers;
  • You can build a strong and exclusively relationship with our customers;
  • You are the main point of contact for all customer matters, and you will anticipate on our customer needs;
  • You are ensuring that deadlines are met for your customer, and you will help them to be successful;
  • You continuously update customers on product changes and modifications, services, and pricing;
  • You assure the company’s best-in-class service level and shortest response time through an efficient communication between the customer and the company.
  • You know how to connect customers to us permanently and exclusively;
  • You know how to convert prospects into sustainable customers;
  • You are able to set up a strong network where Esdec is “on top of mind”.
