How does this look like in practice? On Monday you start your working week by updating “the opportunities. Which chances do you want to discuss during the commercial meetings with colleagues from the Sales Team Ireland and what actions will follow from this. Together with your colleagues, you determine the focus for the next week. The rest of the week you are mainly on the road visiting customers and prospects. After these visits you record the agreements, you work out the information obtained, and you plan the follow-up in our system (MS Dynamics CE). It is a challenging position for 40 hours a week (fulltime) and you will be working from your home office.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As an Account Manager in Ireland, you will be part of our team, which consists of a Sales Manager and a Technical Sales Engineer. Because of the growing market, we are looking for an Account Manager.
The Ireland team is part of the Enstall Sales Team Europe, which is an enthusiastic and energetic team working closely together, even though many of your colleagues are based in different countries. Approximately every 3 months you will be joining a meeting in Deventer to stay connected to your colleagues in the Netherlands. This is the time when you’ll catch up with colleagues and you’ll receive a lot of updates from various departments as well as product training. You will report to the Commercial Director (region Northwest).
