- Develop effective rotas and strategic plans that align with commercial calendars and maximize productivity.
Train & Develop Talent
- Lead by example through hands-on education and coaching -we offer exceptional training opportunities to help you and your team continually grow.
- Work in close partnership with our Education Team to ensure consistent brand knowledge and service excellence.
- Keep your team inspired with regular upskilling, feedback, and recognition.
Partner For Success
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with your store retail partners to align on goals and opportunities.
- Ensure stock levels are optimal, launches are smooth, and visual merchandising is always on point.
- Keep a close eye on competitors and customer trends to stay one step ahead.

- Proven retail management experience, ideally in beauty or luxury environments.

- A confident traffic-stopper with the ability to connect with new customers effortlessly.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, appointment-driven retail, and how to build a repeat business.
