In your role as National Account Manager, you will be part of our success as you:

  • Deliver quarterly and annual internal output targets vs budget
  • Deliver annual internal input targets (Sales Levers/Fundamentals) - Category Vision, Assortment, Distribution, Price & Pack, Visibility, Promo Plan & Pressure, Activation, Trade Strategy, Supply Chain
  • Develop accurate volume forecasts with the customer and input into Kellogg Sales & Operations process to ensure robust forecast accuracy
  • Lead the customer relationship including the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and champion what's needed to win externally
  • Work cross functionally across Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Marketing and relevant others internally to develop solutions and create plans to win
  • Work within a cross functional team
  • Manage and develop several National Account customers
  • Strong drive, winning with customers and delivering results
  • Experience of selling including to national accounts
  • Knowledge of customer relationship-building, JBP development, negotiation skills and account management
  • Ability to work well across functions both internally and externally
  • Ability to be strong team player and connect across other functions and teams
  • FMCG experience
  • Impulse channel sales experience desirable
