Accountant

Description:

My client is an established Accountancy Group with offices in Dublin, Limerick, and Cork. They seek an experienced Accountant with Audit/Tax/Accounts experience, who could effectively hit the ground running.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and attending to their needs.
• Filing Vat, TAX, VIES, CRO returns.
• Preparation of Management information.
• Preparation of Statutory returns.
• Collaboration with the team (cross division).
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other adhoc requests are required.

You will have the following attributes:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CPA).
• At least 2 years PQE in an Irish practice.
• Excellent Communication skills both written and oral.
• Proficient in the use of cloud accounting software packages.
• Good team management skills - Ability to lead.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven track record in a similar role in Ireland.
• Proficiency with Irish accounting standards including, IFRS 102/105
• Hungry for a challenge.
