Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Technician to join the Finance team on a full-time basis for a permanent opportunity.
Duties within the role include:
- Support in the preparation of monthly management accounts to include detailed P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
- Preparation of detailed month/week end revenue analysis reports and ad hoc revenue analysis reports and ad hoc analysis as required
- Assist the Financial Accountant in preparing the annual budget to include detailed P&L analysis, cash flow and balance sheet
- Involvement in management and analysis of Capex Projects as required
- Produce reports on detailed KPI’s to support Hospital managers with effective and cost efficient running of departments
- Assist Finance Managers in identifying and implementing process improvements

Candidate Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) / Part-Qualified Accountant
- Minimum of 2 years Experience within the Finance Department of a service/industry organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel.
- Crystal, or other business report writing experience preferable
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Ability to multi-task on key projects as required
