Description:

CREGG Recruitment are currently seeking candidates to work on a part time basis for this 3 month contract with our client based in Limerick City.

Responsibilities

  • Reconciling and managing purchase orders, sales orders, stock levels and liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Process supplier invoices, expense reports and other data
  • Process Invoices
  • Input customer orders and liaison with warehouse staff and customers
  • Response to customer queries
  • Any additional duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications, skills and requirements

  • Good attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Have an analytical mindset
  • IT proficiency in software packages
  • Ability to work independently on projects but can still work as part of a team
  • Strong deadline and task management
  • You’ll be working directly with the management team
