Job Description

An Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage Travel & Expenses is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client based in Dublin. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all Concur activities relating to Travel & Expenses (T&E). The role will report directly to the Card Services Program Manager NA & EMEA. You will be responsible for the daily EMEA T&E activities which include Concur reporting, resolving employee queries, credit card reconciliations, adhering to SOX controls, delivering process improvements, and assist with Concur projects implementations. Role of this position

  • Manage and resolve employee queries via ServiceNow in a timely manner
  • Participate in and contribute to Card Services weekly metrics meetings in support of process efficiency and waste reduction
  • Use Concur audit tools and published policy guidelines to identify expenses which may be outside policy and assign to appropriate expense administrator for further review
  • Daily validation of expense claims in Concur, to ensure successful workflow from Concur into Oracle
  • Reconcile employee's Citibank credit card balances to concur transactions
  • Scanning of hard copy expense reports to mark as received and arrange local storage
  • Weekly management of AP Error Report to ensure timely resolution and payment of expense claims
  • Run Concur month end reports and distribute to internal customers per standard work
  • Coordination of Concur project implementations in EMEA as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or diploma in the finance field or other relevant area
  • Three years relevant experience in a Card Services and Accounts Payable environment in a multinational company
  • Experience in a high-volume environment
