Accounts Payable Administrator

The Talbot Group are welcoming applications for the position of Accounts payable Administrator based in Stamullen, Co. Meath.
Purpose of Post
To ensure supplier costs are correctly received, processed, approved, posted and paid in line with company policies using the accounts payable module in Finance Department and to support and assist other members of the Finance Department in the operation of the financial systems and controls.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Must have an understanding of basic accounting concepts.
IT proficient with a particular emphasis on accounts payable software.
Good standard of general education. Have obtained pass in at least five subjects including Mathematics and English in Leaving Certificate examination or a comparable standard in any equivalent examination.
