Accounts Payable Specialist

Description:

Marks Sattin has partnered with a manufacturing company focused on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems as they look to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist/Co-ordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the accounts payable end-to-end processes per assignment which will include GRNI account reconciliation, dispute management, escalation support, Coupa, and mailroom tasks all of which are key functions within the EMEA Accounts Payable team,

Responsibilities;

• To build strong and lasting internal working relationships to ensure optimal levels of service to their accounts payable customers.
• Escalation support for internal business stakeholders and their outsource business partners, supporting their collective service levels.
• Ensure accounts payable activity is actioned in line with our internal management controls & SOX compliance.

Qualifications/Skills;

• Minimum 12 months relevant experience in a multinational Accounts Payable organisation.
• Oracle R12 & BI Reporting.
• Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills
