Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our global client within marketing has partnered with us on an Accounts Receivable Coordinator position in the heart of Dublin City. Reporting into the AR Manager and alongside a dynamic and diverse team, you will be responsible for the full cycle of Accounts Receivable. This will include but not be limited to: client billing, account reconciliation, client statements, collections, bank reconciliations, bad debt and month end processing.

The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of experience in an end to end AR process similar to this and be able to meet Finance deadlines. Strong written and spoken English is required when dealing with global partners and stakeholders within the business. Someone with excellent organisation skills, positive energy and a can do attitude will fit in well with the team. You should be able to take initiative to improve processes and implement efficiencies to maximize the cash position of the company.
