We aim to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service in the industry. We find solutions for our customers insurance needs ranging from home, travel, car insurance, to complex commercial business packages and we also provide a range of life, pension products.
The following role has become available in our accounts department. This role is available with an immediate start/asap on-site in our Sandyford Offices. Competitive salary in-line with experience along with an attractive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will be reporting to the financial controller and providing support to the day to day running of the business. You will be a key contributor to keeping our suppliers payments up to date along with reconciling commission from over 15 insurance companies.
The ability to handle each query in a timely manner, taking calls from insurers, and communicating with senior management daily. Identifying any issues, errors that may arise and communicating these to the financial controller or senior management team.

Core Responsibilities
Reconcile cash book daily & prepare lodgements
Receipt any cheques, bank transfers or finance received for insurance premiums
Setting up and monitoring premium finance loans with Close Premium Finance & set direct debits up with insurance companies
Monthly reconciliation for 18 insurance companies & raise any queries to be resolved
Maintaining large spreadsheets to keep track of all policies on finance to ensure timely payment
Preparing refund cheques &premium deposit payments to be sent to the Insurance companies
Daily debt collection for any monies including CPF arrears
Aged debt checks for any outstanding debtors
Preparation of monthly bank rec’s for multiple bank accounts.
Chasing outstanding direct debit mandates
Scanning & filing incoming insurance company documents in the corresponding clients file
Assisting in the preparation of annual bank rec’s and auditor account queries.
Any other ad hoc duties that may arise, printing, assisting with post.
