To provide general administrative support to the assigned personnel/ interdisciplinary/clinical team, including typing correspondence and reports, scanning and distribution of correspondence, filing, etc.
To record and update service user information to the database system, as pertains to the role.
To assist in maintaining the service user filing system, including compilation of files and subsequent archive system.
Provide a point of contact for families and therapists in the service, and deal with appointment and other queries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Work closely with members of the interdisciplinary team, other members of the administration team, and other managers as appropriate.
To organise meetings, both external and internal, as required.
To attend meetings and take notes as required.
Provide full and efficient relief cover of Reception area as requested, and deal with queries in an efficient and courteous manner.
Responsibility for the operation of office equipment, and ensuring appropriate maintenance of same.
To operate and maintain a stock control system for stationery and office supplies.
