Administrative Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dublin for an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, Travel and Stay Arrangement, Scheduling of Meetings, Passport Renewal of Employees, Visa Processing and Renewal, Employee Health Insurance, Vendor Management, Event Management, Hotel Management, Expense Management. The Administrative Manager will also assist in drafting reports and other business correspondence. In terms of Documentation: Recording and maintaining all documents, letters, contracts, bills, etc.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Experience in financial and corporate advisory is a plus
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
