Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive administrator to join our growing Operations team.
This role will focus on supporting on hands-on recruitment team and candidates situated throughout Europe. Our new admin will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient management of our core operations.
Reporting to the HR, Operation & Compliance Executive the ideal candidate be will energetic with strong attention to detail and be looking to play a fundamental part in the business.
Job Specification
- Help onboard administration, generate and administration of contracts
- Schedule and prepare inductions documentation, and pre-employment checking
- Ensure accurate and consistent data and reporting
- Creating and maintaining employee induction files and updating records such as training certificates and any other relevant information record to hold
- Organise employee training courses as required on projects(i.e. MWEP, SSG, etc.)
- Creating folders and maintaining accurate documentation on the internal software client portal
- Liaise directly with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process for all candidates
- Providing a customer-focused service to all applicants by responding promptly to queries received and act as the first point of contact for phone queries
- Organisation and retrieval of required documents for the successful placement of interviewed candidates
- Additional duties in line with business requirements
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Direct recruitment experience is not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially word and excel.
