Our client, a well-established Legal firm based in South Tipperary are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join their team.

  • Operation and Management of the Firm’s reception area
  • Answering phone calls, greeting clients and stakeholders
  • Diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments with clients
  • File records management including dealing with correspondence received by the Firm.
  • Management of Client communications,
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Good typing and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft word.
