We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join their team and support their Global Media Sales efforts.
What You'll Do:
As a Regional Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their sales and marketing operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Team Support:
- Create and analyze Excel reports.
- Surface optimizations and conduct customer account analysis.
- Develop and maintain PBi dashboards and handle account administration tasks.
- Client Reporting and Coordination:
- Generate all client-facing reports as requested by the Account team.
- Collaborate with Operations teams for creative flighting and adjustments.
- Track all requests using a ticketing system, working closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Process Adherence and Innovation:
- Follow established processes and guidelines diligently.
- Review account health and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with team members to manage daily workloads and schedules efficiently.
- Innovate tools and processes to boost team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest product releases and reporting functionalities.
Who You Are:
- Fluency in English and German/ French/ Spanish
- Search/Programmatic/Display or 1+ years working in a digital media experience sales or customer service
- Experienced using Excel to analyze information, including data manipulation, VLookups, creating and using pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerBi, Outlook, Word, PPT)
