The Finance Global Data Analyst (GDA) works as a member of the Integrated Services Master Data Management (MDM) team to support Intercompany (ICO) business processes within SAP. The ICO Global Data Analyst provides detailed knowledge and assistance to Global Business Solution (GBS) centers, affiliates, sites and outsourced partners to ensure understanding of the data and changes needed to support everyday business. Specifically, the GDA implements and executes the master data governance strategy, implements projects, and provides day-to-day production support to the user community.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Master Data Governance (MDG)

• Provide cross-functional and geographic perspectives on data governance

• Provide leadership and recommendations for proactive data auditing and lifecycle management

• Implement data quality metrics and help interpret any trends on data quality within their functional area / geography

• Monitor business conformity to governance rules and policies

• Drive the completion of assigned data auditing tasks

• Develop consistent procedures, processes, and tools across Integrated Services Master Data Governance

• Protect the integrity and accuracy of data to be loaded into the SAP system

• Articulate the impact to master data of IDS design, business processes and end user transactions
