Brown Bag Films is currently seeking an Animation Director to join our team! This is a fixed term, full-time contract for our Dublin studio in a hybrid work situation, offering a competitive salary and benefits package including health and life assurance.

Key Responsibilities: What you are regularly responsible for doing

• Collaborating with the Director team to create the highest quality production within the constraints of the project budget and schedule.

• Establishing key character animation and animation bible for the entire production in collaboration with Director and Lead Animator.

• Ensuring high quality standard is maintained throughout animation production.

• Writing scene by scene animation notes for each episode animation launch from internal and external animation teams.

• Approving facial and character rigs with the Lead Rigger.

• Approving blend shapes and morphs for facial expressions.

• Attending calls with overseas teams and following up with notes.

• Leading animation launch and animation team meetings.
