What The Day Will Look Like

The Operations Graduate will work within a diverse Operations Team to support clients, members and colleagues across Risk Capital and Human Capital.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
 

• Working within an existing team to deliver services to both internal and external customers
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives utilising latest technology
• Working with large data sets within Excel and other systems
• Delivering high quality reports related to operational activities
• Documentation / process mapping of processes and procedures
• Ad hoc work as required in the role to include participation in projects and initiatives.
