Description:
As an Application Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers across a variety of business modules, including Accounting, CRM, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain Management. You will be part of a collaborative Customer Success Office, helping customers achieve their goals with tailored ERP software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and operational support to a growing customer base.
• Respond to inquiries on system operations and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for business challenges.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences by managing queries with empathy and professionalism.
Essential Requirements:
• A strong problem-solver with analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to translate technical details into user-friendly information.
• Knowledge or experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:
Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software systems.
• SQL scripting, databases (SQL Server, MySQL), and associated tools.
• REST API, EDI, and other integration technologies.
• Financial and management reporting.
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
