A Business Down situation in the Mission Control Center (MCC) Business Down Management (BDM) is when a Customer Business Service is significantly impacted and needs urgent treatment (within a few hours). Such a Customer Business Service can be based on cloud, on premise solutions or can be a hybrid scenario experiencing a cloud service disruption.
