Description:

The successful candidate must hold membership to professional body i.e. RIAI, Engineers Ireland or SCSI and have in excess of 5 years' post graduate experience.

They will join a well known organisation as a senior team member, and be responsible for preparing tenders, supervising tendering procedures, preparing proposals, and managing, supervising, and meeting contractors on-site.

The ideal Assigned Certifier will:

• Be a Registered Architect, Chartered Building Surveyor, Engineer
• Project experience should include some Commercial, Leisure, Residential, Healthcare and Educational developments
• In excess of 5 years’ industry experience ideally across a range of building typologies
• Experience in the area of design certification and building inspections is essential
• Collate necessary documents supporting the lodgement of the commencement notice
• Oversee the inspection plan during construction
• Reviewing drawings
• Sign and complete the relevant statutory Certificates
• Prepare plans of inspection and notification frameworks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
