We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced AI Engineer with a background in Data Science.
About the role:
- You will help to develop and implement AI solutions and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Joining the AI team you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver AI solutions, collaborate with data scientists and software developers to integrate AI models into applications and systems
- As part of this role you will design and build machine learning pipelines and infrastructure
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI-related projects.
What you will need:
- We are looking for a solid background in deploying data driven and AI applications into production, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in statistical and exploratory data analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques
- Experience working with large data sets and distributed computing tools such as Hadoop or Spark
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL along with LLMs
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
- This is a hybrid role with offices based in Cork and Dublin
