Asset Manager

Description:

The Role:

• Coordination and management of marketing lettable space, negotiation of leases and associated documentation.
• Oversight of maintenance repairs including planned preventative maintenance and refurbishments including coordination of design teams and contractors.
• Rent and lease management including insuring properties and dealing with tenant requests.
• Assist with valuations and review where applicable.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 year's experience in professional services and/or agency (including asset or property management).
• Excellent market knowledge across all commercial sectors, preferably retail and hospitality.
• Strong reporting skills to include asset and portfolio analysis and client communications.
• Ability to build and and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
