Asset Movement Representative

 

Description:

As a member of the TOA Initiations team you will analyze and process asset transfer forms, determine solutions to customer requests, and ensure the timely transfer of assets into Correspondents Clients accounts. Our role is to set up transfers on the system before they are sent out to the delivering firms. These accounts may include mutual fund, insurance, banks and brokerage accounts, as well as retirement and non-retirement accounts for Correspondent Clients.

  • Handling and reviewing documented client exception lists to ensure client-specific needs are met
  • Participating in various projects and operational improvement initiatives focused on improving the existing workflow, quality, efficiency and policy & procedures
