This role will give you the opportunity to support the creation and execution of fully integrated marketing & innovation plans for assigned Snacks & Portable brands.

Working as part of a diverse marketing team, this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional results through brilliant creation & execution and contribute to the delivery of the European marketing plan.

In your role as Assistant Brand Manager, you will help the Kellogg business to continue to create great marketing plans that grow our business:

  • Support delivery of NSV & net contribution commitments for assigned brands
  • Identify, diagnose and help solve brand-level performance issues
  • Support the execution of winning end to end brand plans working cross functionally
  • Liaise with cross functional partners and cluster partners to develop and deliver plans
  • Input into the development of brand communication – advertising, packaging etc
  • Help the design and roll out of brand tool boxes to cluster teams
  • Support the commercial strategy and execution for each assigned brand
  • Enabling and supporting the commercial teams in delivering winner plans for clusters

  • Educated to degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent, with Marketing subject preferred

- Marketing Experience - brand management experience; familiarity with the communication development process; brand development experience to ensure familiarity with brand equity tools, communications, media mix

  • Strong influencing skills are required to drive internal alignment e.g. cross functionally, clusters

Preferred:

  • Has a passion for brands and the evolving consumer landscape
  • FMCG experience in a multinational company
  • Has a strong execution and results focus with proven ability to project manage prioritise work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
