HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As an Assistant Brand Manager Europe Region, you will work closely with your line manager and cross functional partners to support the execution of our 3yr strategy and commercial activation masterplans across multiple markets. You will help identify key business issues and commercial opportunities to deliver balanced sustainable growth, drive our core business and create the future of cereal. Lead with us as you collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from Marketing, external agencies, Communications, Sales, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, innovation, snacking team and other cross-functional partners.


Your key areas of focus in this role will be:

  • Brand performance analysis on Trésor/Krave:

Drive the delivery of net sales commitments by identifying, diagnosing and helping solve brand-level performance issues and opportunities, merging understanding of external metrics (penetration/value share/growth trend) and internal metrics (P&L).

  • Brand Communications:

Support your team in developing and executing insight-led distinctive brand communication for our core range and innovation, with a real 360 approach (TV campaign to digital, social media, gaming, and point of sale execution). Our iconic Chocovore is looking forward to conquering even more consumers in Europe!

  • Cross Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the cross-functional team to secure end to end project approvals across Legal, Quality, Corporate Communications, Consumer Services and Digital teams. Special strong collaboration (and guidance) is expected when it comes to innovation and snacking.

  • Brand Strategy:

Support Brand Marketing Team to develop, pressure test and present E2E 3yr strategies and plans.

  • Local Market Collaboration:

Excite and engage our local markets activation teams across Europe on your projects through regular and proactive communication of the masterplan (communications and activation). Build the local market / central relationship through regular brand connects and ad hoc collaboration.

  • Kellogg’s ESG marketing strategy

Support the marketing manager in shaping the Kellogg’s ESG strategy and plans (vision, communication, activation across the markets)

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Educated to degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent, with Marketing subject preferred
  • Previous Marketing and/or transferrable experience (at least 3 years) - brand management, in-store activation, familiarity with communication development and execution processes, brand equity tools and various media channels
  • Strong influencing and communication skills to drive internal alignment with cross-functional and local market partners across Europe
  • Ability to analyse multiple data sources and synthesise into a clear story, recommendation and action plan
  • Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisation skills and proven ability to proactively identify solutions to meet new challenges
  • Experience in project management, with ability to juggle multiple projects/timelines/priorities
  • Shopper, retail or experience working with external agencies
  • Interest in working across multiple marketing functions (brand / innovation / consumer /commercial partnerships) to develop career
  • Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • English fluency is essential, but a second or third European language would be advantageous, as would experience working in a European or global context
