Description:
This newly created role is key to the delivery, execution and support the development of a new systematic framework of data analytics and systems management within the commercial teams.
It is important for the Associate Business Analyst to support the continuous improvement and efficiency of the Commercial Excellence team, predominantly through work on our PULSE sales enablement platform and associated administrative functions.
The successful candidate for this role should have the drive and ambition to grow their business knowledge and analytical skills as the demand for analytics across all areas of the PULSE platform grows across the business.
What are the key responsibilities?
1) PULSE Performance:
- Manage global Aerogen cases queue and complete assigned cases
- Onboard new hires: provide initial training and set up log-in with correct profile/role on PULSE
- Remove leavers and transfer account ownership if required
- Support on analysis and PowerPoint presentation build for quarterly business reviews, board meetings, CEO updates, and global sales meetings
- Support testing of new features in the PULSE test environment
- Manage communication of PULSE new features, changes, and fixes
- General ad hoc projects (reporting or otherwise)
2) PULSE Learning:
- Support the PULSE Learning team with all required administrative areas of the PULSE Learning area of the platform
- Support global team with specific report formats that are requested
- Liaise with the analytics team to align data streams from PULSE Learning to the various dashboards, as required for Learning analytics
- Support with printing of certificates
- Support with building course content into Articulate Rise or Storyline format in alignment with the Global Commercial Training manager
3) PULSE Sales Excellence:
- Support the PULSE Sales Excellence team with all administrative areas of the PULSE Sales Excellence area of the platform
- Support the global team with specific report formats that are requested
- Liaise with the analytics team to align data streams from PULSE Sales Excellence to the various dashboards, as required for Sales Excellence analytics
4) Proactively look for opportunities to develop analytical capabilities and acquire new Aerogen business knowledge (stay curious)
- Continuously look for potential improvement on how data is extracted, transformed, and presented with a strong focus on scalability
- Develop a strong understanding of the challenges faced by the commercial team to understand requirements and deliver pertinent solutions
- Become an established data support expert to grow the Commercial Excellence team
5) Support other initiatives including but not limited to
osupport resource planning effort (country archetype, segmentation)
