Our client is a leading organization in Hong Kong that plays a vital role in property development, F&B, hospitality, facilities management, and the construction sector. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as an Associate Director, FP&A to work closely with the growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team responsible for financial analysis and reporting to provide strategic information and insight to stakeholders for effective management decision-making.
- Responsible for financial budgeting and forecasting.
- Act as a business partner with respective department heads.
- Conduct KPI analysis to measure business operation performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor finance policies and processes, identify internal control weaknesses within BU's financial processes to protect the best interests of the business.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or a related financial discipline.
- At least 12 years of experience in financial analysis or management reporting.
- Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is a must.
- Good team player with a strong analytical mind and supervisory skills.
- Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and accounting software.
- Fluent communication in spoken and written English and Chinese.
