• For internal applications an assessment of performance in current role and assessment against the required attributes will be conducted as part of the job filling process, in addition to interview. If the successful candidate is not at Associate Director level currently then the role may be filled on an interim assignment for a minimum of 6 months.
• There will be ongoing performance review during this interim period. If at the end of the interim period, the intention is for the role to be made permanent then it will be posted. As part of the permanent role filling process an assessment of performance in the interim roll will be completed.
