Associate Insights Director

Description:

This Associate Insight Director will be responsible for managing an exceptional team of insight professionals to provide high-quality research, insight and advisory solutions to our clients. You will lead important client relationships and contribute to the growth of Opinions through further client recruitment and nurturing growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Research, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in market research or a related field, including at least 2 years of experience in management or leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present data and insights to clients in a compelling and meaningful way
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver high-quality and impactful work
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small team and manage client relationships effectively
