Description:
We are looking for a user-experience designer to join the recently founded UXD group responsible for conceiving designs and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into wireframes and prototypes.You will also design the overall functionality of products and iterate upon them to ensure a great user experience.
This is an opportunity to be innovative with a product, research new approaches, define working practices, and influence the company’s UX strategy.

Who you are
- Good understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design and Human Cognitive behaviour, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with UX deliverables like Personas, User journey maps, Site maps, Prototypes, Wireframes, Style guides, Usability reports, and Research reports as documents, videos, and presentations.
- Excellent visual design who can transform UX goals and stories to UI design
- Ideating/collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and communicating UX with stakeholders.
- Create /maintain a library of icons, colors, and fonts
- Apply branding guidelines into designs
- Strong understanding of the responsive web, mobile design and latest design trends
- Has a strong portfolio.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
- Be open to receiving feedback.
- Be passionate about user-centered design and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Key Tools: Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sharpies.
- Key Deliverables: Pixel-perfect prototypes, Visual style guides, Icon libraries, Design specifications, storyboards, User personas, Usability test results, Investigative user studies & interviews
- Good understanding of Agile and Lean UX Deliverables.
- Good domain knowledge of industries like Airline, Banking, e-Commerce
- Understanding of Google sprints, Design Thinking and IBM Loop etc
- Should be able to produce measurable UX outputs using qualitative and quantitative studies and relate it ROI calculation.
- Understanding of UX maturity of an organisation UX certification from originations like Human Factors International (HFI), Nelson Norman Group (NN-Group) etc.
