As a member of the Audit Team you are responsible for proactively reviewing the quality of our work to determine if screeners have met the quality requirements and job experience with their candidate process. Successful candidates will be process-driven, and have keen attention to detail. you will review and check that the process has been completed in the proper manner and gather data on where we can improve and make our work more effective. This Role is dedicated to our Google RPO and will be working on one of the most prestigious accounts on offer at RSR, you will have a direct impact on ensuring the success of the account as quality is of the utmost importance. the successful candidate will benefit from a flexible working environment as you will currently be working from home in either Warsaw or Ireland, RSR will provide all the technical equipment you require including a laptop and phone.
