Description:
The HubSpot Marketing Team is looking for user-centric growth marketer to build and optimize our Starter customer demand experiences through marketing automation.
This roles sits on our Starter Automation team, which oversees the Starter customer experience from signup to purchase and adoption to upgrade. You'll work closely with an experienced group of automation marketers in developing a cohesive customer experience alongside our Product team. We're passionate about building a customer journey that is delightful, self-service, and scalable. In this role, you'll lead our mission to scale with automation. You'll experiment, build, personalize, and scale our automation that drives demand for Sales from our Starter customer base.

You'll get to:
- Own a customer demand program - from strategy and execution to reporting
- Understand what your audiences need to be successful and on how to develop impactful, user-first communications & programming
- Design, write, and build email automation, including the positioning, segmentation and basic operations
- Improve our communications using data-driven decision making and creativity.
- Experiment to optimize and iterate on your work. Constantly finding new ways to provide customers and prospects value at every step of their journey
- Collaborate with other marketers and stakeholders to expand your program impact and create a consistent customer experience across channels. You'll align and work with other marketing teams, Sales, Rev Ops, and Product

You should have the following skills or experiences:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or other marketing programs
- Passionate about bringing new ideas to the table. Ability to re-invent and not just execute on status quo, comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment.
