Amach is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Consultant to join our growing team in Dublin.
As an AWS Cloud Consultant, you will play a vital role in advising our clients on cloud strategies, overseeing cloud migrations, and driving cloud automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with one or more AWS certifications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in cloud technologies.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Extensive experience in cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of AWS services and architecture
- Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership
- Solid technical background and understanding of diverse tech stacks
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification is required
- Proven experience in managing cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
- Effective people management skills, with prior experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in tech pre-sales is preferred, including crafting technical proposals and participating in client presentations
- Commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to the business growth and development
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored AWS cloud solutions
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss cloud strategies, benefits, and project roadmaps
- Lead and manage cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud
- Develop and implement cloud automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including crafting technical proposals, participating in demonstrations, and addressing client inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in cloud technologies and AWS services
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
