Description:

The corporate banking team within this pre-eminent Irish law firm advises banks, borrowers and alternative finance providers on all areas of financing. You will have your own caseload of transactional and advisory work as well as assisting on major deals relating to real estate, acquisition, fund and mezzanine financing.

THE CANDIDATE:
The team is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join its renowned banking team. You will have at least 2 years’ PQE in corporate banking gained within a City or National law firm and be looking for the opportunity to relocate to Dublin. You must have top class academics and be able to demonstrate strong research, analytical and drafting skills coupled with the desire to join a supportive and busy team.
