Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data architect to design and implement data architecture systems for our bio-pharma manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have experience with Industry 4.0 and Digital Twin, data architecture/BI architecture with cloud native technologies, manufacturing analytics experience in bio-pharma, and the ability to transform manufacturing to smart manufacturing using a data analytical approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data/bi architecture systems that support the collection, management, analysis, and visualization of data across the entire biopharmaceutical manufacturing process.
- Analyze business requirements and design data architecture solutions that align with business goals and objectives, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Digital Twin technologies.
- Identify and define data sources, data flows, and data structures that can be leveraged for manufacturing analytics in bio-pharma.
- Develop and maintain data management policies and procedures that ensure data accuracy and integrity, with a focus on cloud-native technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, quality control, regulatory affairs, and supply chain management, to understand their data needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain data models that support data-driven decision-making for smart manufacturing transformation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data architecture systems and ensure that they are integrated with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture, manufacturing analytics, and smart manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, preferably in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 and Digital Twin technologies, data modeling, data integration, and data management policies and procedures.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies for data architecture and BI architecture is a must.
- Manufacturing analytics experience in bio-pharma is a must.
- Ability to transform manufacturing to smart manufacturing using a data analytical approach.
