Bim Architect

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect at Brahmasoft Engineering in Maynooth. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, developing architectural drawings, creating construction drawings and submittals. The BIM Architect will work closely with other team members to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo)
• Experience in creating Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of MEP Systems and related codes, standards and compliance procedures would be beneficial
• Experience with MEP coordination using BIM Modeling workflows would be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team
