Bim Manager

Tantek 4D is looking to employ an enthusiastic and hardworking BIM Manager to join their team in Dublin.

Tantek 4D is one of Ireland, the UK and Europe’s most exciting digital engineering companies to emerge. The company carries out an expansive range of services within the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) industry, throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.

The individual will be appointed to lead our BIM team and will be tasked with implementing innovative digital software solutions throughout the business.

Requirements:

• High level of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud

• Degree in Architectural Technology/BIM or similar construction/engineering qualification

• Minimum of 5-10 years in a similar role

• Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects for multiple disciplines

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and develop our team

• Manage a team on both large and small BIM projects

• Leading BIM Co-Ordination projects

• Advising clients on implementing BIM on projects

• Preparation of BIM documents for clients' projects

• Creation of 3D models in various industries (Data Centre, Pharmaceutical)

• Creating 3D models from point clouds

• Provide technical support and assistance

to BIM Co-Ordinators/Engineers

• Assisting Senior management with R&D into new innovative digital technologies within the

AECO sector

• Assisting Senior management with the expansion of BIM and other Digital Engineering services

internationally

• Willing to travel to site meetings when required
