Biosimilar National Account Manager

 

Description:

You will be a key member of specialist products management team — driving the effective delivery of Biosimilar portfolio product sales and ongoing development of the key account aspects of the business at clinician and hospital level.

 

  • Responsibility for specified Biosimilar products /and launch preparation of new assets, with the objective of maximising sales and profit potential for each asset
  • Implement tactical plan based on Companies Biosimilar strategies and market needs, by identifying tender opportunities and BVB status within the Irish market
  • Deliver sales opportunities and be the point of contact for all HCP and hospital related clinical and pricing queries with respect to Biosimilar products
  • To develop early insight and clear pathway for new pipeline Biosimilar product opportunities
  • Extensive knowledge of HSE, identifying key account contacts at clinical and management level in Secondary Care for Biosimilar opportunities

Knowledge of:

• The healthcare sector, including Government departments, customers and competitors relating to Biologics and Biosimilars

• A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in the Biosimilar market

• MFI Code of Practice and/or IPHA Code of Practice

• Commercial selling experience in launch of new products in the field of biosimilars or biologics is a requirement
