Develop and manage XOCEAN’s marketing department to support rapid international growth of the business.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and implementing the marketing strategy to support rapid international growth of the business.
- Implementing the strategic marketing plan for XOCEAN across all traditional and non-traditional media.
- Developing strategies to raise awareness of XOCEAN within target sectors and attract qualified traffic.
- Generating customer-driven insights on which to base marketing activity.
- Developing business cases for marketing initiatives and making recommendations on marketing tactics.
- Supporting the development of engaging content for all our social media platforms designed to attract XOCEAN’s target groups.
- Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting the findings to the senior management team.
- Analysing customer feedback and advertising returns and reporting the findings to the senior management team.
- Full accountability for management of marketing budget and measurement & reporting of KPIs.
Requirements: Essential Skills / Attributes and Experience
- 5+ years in brand development and communications, preferably in B2B services business.
- Strong international business expansion experience.
- 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proven ability to develop and manage marketing strategies to build positive brand equity in emerging and developed markets/geographies
- Proven ability to generate customer-based insights to drive business growth
- Proven experience of developing national and international marketing campaigns to assist in the delivery of overall business objectives
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with, and manage the outputs of external agencies – including, but not limited to creative, PR and media planning agencies
- Proven ability to develop and manage annual budget, prioritising business requirements and adjusting in line with performance as necessary to deliver key marketing objectives
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

- Metric-focused with a strong aptitude for analysing market dynamics.
