End of March 2023 start date. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating highly engaging customer journeys. Canadian Warmth “Expertise in any recommendation, warmth in every interaction” is how Canada Goose brings those journeys to life. This is primarily achieved by creating exceptional customer journey’s that are genuine and authentic. This includes displaying compelling selling behaviours, executing with operational excellence, and being a steward of the Canada Goose culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth
- Demonstrate selling behaviours that drive Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT) by actively introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories
- Ensure maintenance of exceptional visual merchandising that is reflective of a luxury lifestyle brand
- Resolve customer issues through a customer centric lens by investigating opportunities and developing solutions
- Create and foster lasting customer relationships through consistent communication and use of Canada Goose tools
Engagement:

Operational Excellence:
- Excellent execution of all operating standards
- Accurate and efficient use of register systems in compliance to Canada Goose standards
- Maintenance of sales floor and stock room inventory
- Assist in the receiving of shipments
- Partake in weekly cycle counts & periodic inventories
- Disciplined organization of stock room and non-merchandise areas
- Support in the upkeeping overall physical store maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Consistent use of strategic tools – communications platform, payroll/schedule tools, queue management, learning management, virtual appointment platform
Experience, Education and Designations:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred
- Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset
- High-volume traffic experience is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset
- Proficiency in local language (store location specific). Confident oral skills in a second language is highly desired
- Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
- Work with empathy and respect – with both colleagues and guests
- Excellent attention to detail, takes initiative, and promotes a positive working environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to conduct oneself in a professional and luxury manner while on the sales floor, phone and/or whilst interacting with clients
- Customer centric and goal focused- must be passionate about driving performance through internal KPI’s and possess an adaptable approach to selling
