In this dynamic, field-based role, you’ll champion the distinctive qualities of a premium spirits portfolio, working closely with trade professionals, bartenders, distributors, and retailers. Your main focus will be to elevate brand visibility, expand distribution, and ensure these exceptional products are top-of-mind for both consumers and the trade. Through engaging education initiatives, tastings, and creative brand activations, you’ll bring these products to life and build strong, lasting advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Education: Deliver engaging presentations and workshops for trade professionals, media, and consumers, sharing the craftsmanship and stories behind each spirit.
- Advocacy Building: Cultivate relationships with key industry figures, including bartenders and influencers, to create brand advocates who will promote the portfolio.
- Trade Marketing: Strengthen brand presence and performance across both on-trade and off-trade channels. Develop and implement strategic campaigns to boost awareness, visibility, and sales.
- Event Execution: Plan and manage impactful brand activations, tastings, and events that align with brand strategies and maximize reach.
- Digital Engagement: Oversee digital and social media initiatives, crafting engaging content to support campaign goals and enhance the portfolio’s online presence.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular insights on brand performance, competitor trends, and key market developments to inform future strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A deep understanding of the spirits or alcohol industry, with at least 3 years of experience in brand ambassador or related roles.
- A passion for premium spirits and the ability to effectively communicate each product’s unique story and craftsmanship.
- Digital marketing skills, with experience in creating compelling social media content and managing online campaigns.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both in person and through digital platforms.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- A full, clean driver’s license is required.
